Competitively-Priced Septic Tank Locating in Escondido, Oceanside, Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and Surrounding Cities
If you are having trouble locating your septic tank, call JJ Septic & Drain today. In our over thirty years of experience, there has never been a San Diego North County septic tank that we couldn't find. We use our electronic tank locating technology to mark out your tank lid's location. We locate septic tanks for new homeowners, home sellers, owners who are pumping their septic tank for the first time, and for clients who are considering adding additions, remodels or pools to their home.
To locate your tank, our expert drives out to your property and walks the property with our electronic tank locater. Once found, the tank lid's location is marked. Customers have the option of then digging down to the tank themselves. Alternatively, we can dig up your tank. (You must gain access to the lids to pump out and inspect your septic tank.)
Expert Septic Tank Locating and Riser Installation Throughout North San Diego
If your septic tank does not have risers, we can install new risers to code for easier tank access. We highly recommend installing septic tank risers because they save greatly on digging labor and are very convenient when pumping and inspecting your septic tank. (Learn more about septic tank riser installation here.) Also note that if you are a prospective home buyer, you can learn where your tank is located prior to sale during the certificate of inspection process.

Our septic tank needed to be pumped so I uncovered the lids and looked inside. To my surprise the first tank had a blanket of baby wipes about 6"-9" thick. We don't use baby wipes. Our septic had been pumped at the time of escrow by Abbott septic service, but apparently they didn't bother to deal with the baby wipes...
